oooo first comment :):) well this is quite a catchy song and like all other sfg songs has quite an obvious meaning... a guy likes a girl but she is really complicated, and she keeps on giving the guy mixed signals so he doesnt know what to do all the time, but he hopes that he can figure her out himself :) |

i absolutly adore this song its one of those ones i could listen to over and over, it reminds me of an x bf that im not quite over yet :/ 'close yet far' you are so close to me, just 2 minutes walk, but so far away, i would never be able to just walk to your house like i used to :( 'drop me a line and tell me how the hell you are' i wish you would just talk to me, tell me how you have been, what you have been up to, like the old times 'and i tip my hat to those who cant believe its me' this is so out of character for me, i dont do this, i even dumped him, but cant let go, normally i can just walk away and never look back, but there is something different about this one. 'though i never never never never wanted this to be' i didnt want to get rid of you in the first place, that was just the way it was going and i didnt want to get hurt again, but i thought it would be easier than this. well thats just what it means to me really, an absolutly amazing song xxx |

absolutly love this song, reminds me of just going out and dancing until your feet hurt, i love the lines 'turn the music up til the windows start to shatter' :D as for the meaning, i just think its about a guy saying how chuffed he is with his girlfriend and that he is just really happy :D |

I was listening to this song last night, and i think i know what it means now. i think its about a guy and a girl who were in a relationship and they split up, the guy still really likes the girl and wants to get back together, but the girl has gone off to do other things and has left him behind. I used to think that it was just about a guy who liked a girl but the song seems to be in the past tense. Also the line 'Give me a reason or give me a chance' says to me that the guy is asking her for a reason as to why she wont go back to him or just for another chance. Just my interpretation, but i do really love this song. |
