I totally agree with your interpretation mortalhome. "We're all weeping now, weeping because There ain't nothing we can do to protect you" That part just reminds me of the idea that Harry has to die no matter what, and there is no protecting him anymore. As to the songs original meaning I don't know, but I'm quite happy with this one. :) |

I love this song, it's just so fun and great to dance too. I totally agree with the bob dylan thing too. But i hear it as 'I stole my personality from an anonymous source, And I'm getting paid for it too, I dont feel bad about that' and 'This is where'd you go music, this is come home music, This is down to the wire I'm searching for a perfect angel music.' i might be wrong though. 8) |

I love this song. I always think it's about a girl whose boyfriend or lover has died, and she keeps dreaming of him as if he were alive or that she has sunk into a depression. 'No more dreaming of the dead as if death itself was undone No more calling like a crow for a boy, for a body in the garden' She understands that he can't hold her under forever so she wakes aware that she could 'never could go back' I'm not sure, that's just how I see it. 8D |

I LOVE this song so much, the beat and Calebs voice are unbelievably sexy together. "The swell of the speakers (yeah I hear it that way too) Sweaty ballroom dancing fever" "The cease fire the weaker Hair so red I couldn't keep her" :D I can honestly say that every b-side KOL has ever produced always end up being my favourite songs. How this didn't make it on the album is beyond me, especially when 17 did (not that I don't like that song, but it's more of a b-side to me). |

I've always thought of that line as though he can't shake off writing songs and making music. He tries hard but somewhere in his mind it's always there. Caleb said that the song was written after a fight within the band. They were playing a show in Glasgow, and the morning after they just wrote the song. They were all feeling lonely and in need of 'somebody'. |

knocked up was amazing. beyond amazing. and so is this song, in a different way. it sends a shiver down my spine. it's scary, and sensual, and dark. the whole album is amazing. theres only a few songs which have yet to grow on me. but i've only listened to the album a handful of times. so we'll see :') |
