Keane – The Way You Want It Lyrics 16 years ago
"You're a fool though, why you feel so bad/Where is the life you once had?"... The guy feels bad because they broke up and he also feels like it's lost and can't return his life. And he's sure that if he explains her why he commited those mistakes, she'll understad but he feels so guilty that he can't even talk to her.

Keane – Leaving So Soon? Lyrics 17 years ago
My interpretation is that she's a posh bitch or something and just used him. So now she's looking at him like a redneck, like an ignorant-now-enough-for-fer so she's leaving him. And he sees that she neer cared about him so he does not care about her.

Keane – Fly to Me Lyrics 17 years ago
I think it's about a father singing to his son/daughter, asking for some care when he get old... The child needs him now but there will be a time he/she will grow up: "The time's gonna come when/You no longer need me/But stay by my side til the sun has gone down" and all he wants is protection when he become an old man. I mean the meaning it's obvious just look: "As much as I want to
I can't hold onto you/When will you return to your old home again/May love lie around you/Good fortune surround you/You know where to turn to when you need a friend" He telling him/her that as much as he wants to he can't keep him/her at home, and is going to miss him/her. And finally just like a father is always going to be there as a friend for his child who now is a man/woman.

Keane – Crystal Ball Lyrics 17 years ago
To me, it's about the humans... We just are in a time where we don't really know where we are, and we don't care... It's like the human race nowadays is heartless and does nothing to care about the world we're living in and we're instead destroying it... In every part of the song (in my point of view) he says we're empty, heartless, egocentric and bassically in decadence... Which is sooo true!

Keane – Bedshaped Lyrics 17 years ago
I don't know what's this song talking about exactly... But all I know it reaminds me to a friend I used to have and I truly loved (as a friend) the days he came to my house and then we go out anywhere to have some good time...

"Many's the time I ran with you down/The rainy roads of our old town/Many the lives we lived in each day/And buried altogether" and "You'll knock on my door/And up we'll go"... That sound to me strongly like a friend deal.

I thinkit's about two guys used to be friends when they were younger and now one of them is in a better situation (of any kind) than the other so he think his friend is like stoping him from progress:"I know you think I'm holding you down/.../
And I don't understand the same things as you/But I do" And fourtunately the old friend says (or hopes) that someday his gonna change his mind a want to be his friend again and he will accept and forgive him "You'll knock on my door/And up we'll go
In white light/I don't think so/But what do I know
What do I know?/I know"
