AP.net interviewed and asked Leighton about his reference to hospitals: So, this is actually referring to a girlfriend that I had a few years back which I basically lived with. She was actually the one that lived across the street from a brand new hospital. And why it has come up a few times. I spent a ridiculous amount of nights out on her balcony watching them build it with her. So yes, she has had a pretty big effect on my music and me. |
