This song is brilliant.
It makes me laugh that it is so straight forward and to the point, wheras any other bands would just sneak something in, but Reel Big Fish just say it how it is.

This song has a fairly clear meaning to me. Jack explained it at his concert, he was away from home for a long time, and he never had any pets, just his lime tree, but when he got home, his lime tree was dead, and he was really pissed off, so he wrote this song :) Amazing. |

I love this song, it's so bubbly and sweet. I went to his concert, and he explained that he wrote this song for a good friend of his, who had spent most of his life going after a girl, even though he knew hed never get her, and he wrote this song to give him a good laugh about it. I think the lyrics are adorable. |

This song is really touching. It's my favourite Jack Johnson song for sure, I also think it's about two people who used to be really close, and now they have seperated and have to deal with life without each other, however hard it might be.
