"the revolutionary fade, i get bored" part to me is like how you can fall short on trying to keep up your faith and be a righteous christian, like its an excuse often given to give up on god and all the christian things christians do |

i think this song is somehow related with the story in "play it again sam.." and "girl with broken wings" about a girl thats so depressed and has given hope on everything and about how he tried to fix her but fails in the end also in the other songs he says how she "tried to fly" which along with the context of the other verses sounds to me like she commited suicide which would explain why she 'isnt allright' in this song...just my take on it |
