| The Beatles – Dig a Pony Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| Last verse is not "I dug a pony" it's "I rode a lorry." A lorry is the word used in Britain Colonies for truck. | |

IMO the song is the introduction to the band, telling about them. The whole Sgt Pepper's album is the a new bands(Sgt Pepper) first concert. Then they play there songs, which is track 2-11. Then Sgt Pepper Reprise is saying thank you for watching. The cloud then starts to cheer and clap, as if they want a encore. You can hear the clapping at the end of Reprise and beginning of A Day In The Life. A Day In The Life is the encore. Which would be a great encore. Then they end with a loud chord ringing forever. And thats states that they are done with the concert. I know I explained the whole album, but they only let you comment songs, so I figured I'd post what I think of the album on the first track appearing on the album. |
