I think it's about a flirtation or a betrayal. Here's why. I think it's not about the end. It's about a beginning that you know will end. To me collosal mass is a tension that has come to a head, maybe the betrayal of a lover with somebody that you always wanted but wouldn't admit it. Moat is a form of protection; the walls you put up to prevent something from happening, but this event has almost penetrated the writer completely but hasn't because they can separate themselves. Bet when we know we should fold screams betrayal to me. A fliration that should have been dismissed but went to far. The mess of roads is consequences, and his remote concern of being condescending: this is flattering, but it can't ever work. Squaking birds are guilt to me. Building nothing, laying bricks to me means we're setting a foundation for something that can never become anything. |
