This song was written as a response to Geffen telling them that they need more commercial material. The core meaning of the song is about that exactly, which is especially noticeable in the second verse. It's all very ironic. |

| Although I don't have the best explanation for this song, I think the verse format is a bit odd (the lines are really short) and some of the rhymes sound cheap and unoriginal. I can see why they released Pork and Beans as the single instead of this, although it is definitely a catchy song that can get stuck in your head. | |
