the funny thing is in the Japanese version of the show, Ash didn't want to "catch 'em all", he just wanted to catch the pokemon he wanted; the whole "You gotta catch 'em all!" thing is a US/4Kids-made marketing ploy :P Anyways, it is a catchy song, but the JP theme is so much better, musically. |
