When I first heard the song I was stricken. It reminded me a lot of my own lyrics/poetry (of coarse theirs are better), even though I could be way off. These are some things I can really relate to (and I'm sure many others): "Sitting on an angry chair Angry walls that steal the air Stomach hurts and I don't care" Starting out angry and alone, feeling the tension grip your atmosphere. "What do I see across the way, hey See myself molded in clay, oh Stares at me, yeah I'm afraid, hey Changing the shape of his face, aw yeah" Maybe looking at a reflective object and catching a glimpse of yourself in your angry state. I also considered that he was noticing the change in him, that he did not like. That's just me though. I love this band; all the songs give me chills when I really pay attention. |

| Wow, I realate to this song big time. Well, with my mother anyway. I even get slightly choked up hearing the intensety of Jonathan Davis' vocals and emotion | |

I believe its about all sorts of body modification. Infect I think steriods were even mentioned at one point. Though I think they made the song so abstract that it makes us think so many different things. Just so we relate it to our personal beliefs in society. Does that make sense? |
