This song is basically about a guy in his freshman year of college. he had a relationship gone bad...like...seriously bad, and he is dreading it and he cant believe that its caused him that much pain when he's young and naive and "merely freshman" and his best friend must have also dated her afterwards- and he broke up with her leaving her to commit suicide. so they both feel responsible for her death. |
