This song, is actually done by The Verve Pipe and it isn't about stupid choices you make in high school. "freshman" just means unknowledgible (sp?) as of yet. It's also not about a failing or failed marriage. It IS about getting an abortion (stopping baby's breath), but they never were married (and a shoe full of rice, no). This is a real song, about a real situation, except his gf did not commit suicide. He felt extremely guilty, that's why he wrote this song. It's a beautiful song with a great background behind it.
