This song IS about sex, yes.. But it's also sort of like he's telling about a journey.. Throughout the song he's talking about digging somewhere.. It's like in a way he's getting into something there's no turning back. So maybe it's about a girl he's getting "physical" with and he's getting more and more into this relationship and it's sort of like an adventure? It's interesting trying to interpret such a mastermind. |

I hate that anyone would ever relate this song to Katrina. There's only two different things that could possible relate to that if you interpreted it incredibly literally which is "levee broke" and "waterline is rising" Nothing is ever as it seems in Sage's song's. He's brilliant. |
