I certain this song is about how ego centric kids are; all the lyrics automatically reminded me of my little brother: "we like to watch you laughing": every one always wants to see kids happy and laughing and we'll de any silly thing to make them laugh. the insects part is just something kids do but it also means that children do stuff and don't think of consequences. Then the "water is warm but.." is how unsatiable or spoiled children are like you try to do things so they're fine but they'll find somthing more to ask for hence you make the water warm but it is till sending the cild shivers. The las part about "decisions to decisions... I guess not" is the outocme of being the spoiled child described in the song: when you grow and it's time to make decision the you're screwed because you've been so spoiled and everthing has been "bought" for you so it hurts to go through that transitions from spoile dchild to the real world. |
