This guy writes some awesome lyrics... You all up in the Kool-aid but do not know the flavor-mainly implies that you jumped in w/out even knowing what you are getting into. To continue, the title defines it all "Just push play" because regardless of what you do someone ain't gonna like it BUT you gotta do it for you as it is your life So....instead of growing all daper and neat (As this is the expectation) go ahead and grow your hair right down to your feet. Just push play-life is a one time shot!! |

Folks, If you are a true fan you will realize that what is often said ain't often what is beining communicated-things aren't as literal as they seem to be-NOT EVERY SONG HAS A SEXUAL IMPLICATION! At any rate Jaded is a refelction on how the life style of Steven and the band left little of what could be defined as a normal life. Liv, as it is broadly beleived to be the subject, has arrived at this jaded-ness, if you will, because of the reality of the show business and all of the pretzel logic found in many of your aqquaintences. There for a time there was much distance between what could be considered a resemblence of a relationship between Steven and his family-she, as others did, became somewhat disillusioned and resentful of the whole scene..."I'm the one that Jaded you" She is now a product of- |
