Ozark Mountain Daredevils – Jackie Blue Lyrics 16 years ago
I completely agree with Apple Blossom. It's about a girl who doesn't think she has a great life (or at least what she conceptualizes a great life as), but thinks she does. Escaping into a dreamland is a way to cope.

What the singer is saying is look at what you have Jackie and wake up 'gurl!'

What she has isn't enough for her but she won't take the time to make it right. I listen to this song when I'm depressed about what I don't have or compare my life to others. Cheers me right up, (weird I know)

Reverend Horton Heat – Galaxy 500 Lyrics 17 years ago
Yep, it's classic RHH alright. Hillbilly meets punk and they jump into a mosh pit of hay together.

Been singing it all day

Sea Wolf – You're A Wolf Lyrics 17 years ago
I can't help thinking about the movie "The Wolf Man" as somebody already has pointed it out.

In my somewhat imaginative mind (sorry for that) I like to think that he is actually a werewolf...and the gypsy is prophesizing that he needs to leave.

I know it's far fetched but it's fun to think about.

Sea Wolf – Black Dirt Lyrics 17 years ago
I personally think it's about being murdered. The narrator has done somebody wrong (so to speak) and is murdered in retaliation. The song is describing how he is dying and how it feels (in explicit detail).

As he describes the black dirt, it's how he hopes his murder will stay with her (I assume it's a girl who wants revenge) and that she'll have to live with it (black dirt will stain your feet and when you walk, you'll leave black dirt on the street....)
