Abortion makes sense, but the first thing that came into my mind was that he slept with his girlfriend/fiancee's sister, and possibly knocked her up. He doesn't know if he should go on with the marriage, and he desperately wants to let the secret out, but he can't. Also possibly he is in love with the sister and wonders if he should marry her, he also fantasizes about his fiancee dying. Whatever it means, great song. |
