Signs Of Betrayal – Watching Silently Lyrics 16 years ago
I've actually heard from Dave Williams that his song is about soldiers leaving their home to fight for their family, and thinking about their home. It's also fairly clear with lines like "Sent away to protect, freedoms in jeopardy"

Three Days Grace – Last to Know Lyrics 16 years ago
I love this song. In my opinion, this is about the pain of losing your love to someone else, which seems to be the most obvious interpretation. But it's more about recovery. It's a story, from defeat to standing tall yet again.

Since I'm in the first stage at the moment, this song holds so much in it...

Smile Empty Soul – This Is War Lyrics 16 years ago
I think this song is anti- war, no doubt about it. But it isn't anti-soldiers. It has tones against the media and mindless people who don't think for themselves, but I think mainly it's against war itself, whther right or wrong.

This is War... it ruins lives and ends others, and no one who comes back is ever the same. This is war... it's a terrible thing.

But I think it's universal, whether on our side or theirs. One thing that has to be remembered, the terrorist foot soldiers are just as brainwashed, if not more, as the soldiers wearing American uniforms. That last verse could be talking about a terrorist soldier, who has to do pretty much the same thing as any other soldier.

Krieg ist scheisse. Voina gavno. War is shit. It's a universal sentiment.

P.S. I think the board here represents the real problem with America. People are so polarized, whether by political, moral, or even interpretive beliefs, that they don't realize that people have an opinion, and that they have as much right to it as anyone else, whether you agree or not. Marxist- Leninists claim their beliefs are scientific and accurate, and that it is right. Would you agree? Probably not, here in America. So, unless you want to be a hypocrite, don't do the same.

Three Days Grace – Break Lyrics 16 years ago
It's a message to all the people complaining about their lives. Kind of like Riot, he wants us all to stand up and take charge of our own lives and make them better in some way. In each verse, he starts with a complaint, something's not right, nothing's working, etc. But he finishes by talking about the fire and how he's going to break away to higher places. So what are we waiting for? Let's go!
