Actually, With Blood Comes Cleansing is a fairly religious Christian band, they make some fucking BRUTAL music but most (all?) of their lyrics are accurate, albeit graphic, descriptions of Jesus' experiences.

I think this song is about Jesus' experience in the garden Gethsemane. Luke 22:44 says "And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground." (KJV) And Hematidrosis is a condition where under extreme stress a person will sweat blood, due to large amounts of blood vessels near the pores.
