This song is about losing someone who you were close you, and who you looked up to. That person possibly died, or just arent around you anymore. You think back and try to hold onto the things that still make sense to you and the memories that you have. You obviously feel alone without them, and the beginning verse makes me think that the person who doesnt have that person may have done something to make them leave, or blames themself for it. Without whoever they lost, they feel they dont have anyone to tell things too, and they are alone. That person believes they lost their lifesaver; their Hero. This song is depressing, but amazing and totally relatable nonetheless. |

The first verse reminds me of seasonal depression, seeing as how most of the time, the depression sets harshly in the winter. It sounds like the girl is quite self conscious of herself, with the weight thing. and maybe she takes pills to deal with her depression. and she could possibly be self-harming. but as someone else said, that just might be too obvious. and the guy does seem to want to help this girl, and understand how she feels. and does anyone else hear sirens in the back round? |

to me, it's a bit obvious what this song is about. it's about someone who cant feel the love coming from the other person, so they hurt themselves because of it. they say things to the other person to make it easier for them to let go, when they themselves cannot. They cant escape the feelings and the things they feel for that other person. Sounds like suicide, to get away. |
