yeah I see the whole political meaning and how it could relate to the song. but at the same time I can see the whole religious and apocalyptic message that it could relate to. considering that winds of plague have a lot of roots in black metal, It would make sense to me that it could have that meaning. I am Leeperz1904^^ btw haha. but either way, this song is way sick, sad to say the new album was really disappointing though. |

no, the song is actually about SYG going on tour and going away from home, and they're saying bye to their friends and "don't worry, we'll be back" if you read the lyrics It makes sense. they're saying they need to get out there and do something, because their words can only do so much compared to them going out to the world and playing on stage. |

yeah this song is about wentz trying to sign them to a major label, but he said they had to drop one singer and write more traditionally structured music (like with verse.chorus, verse, chorus) and this is pretty much them telling wentz to fuck off. Idk where this whole thing about SYG selling out came about. just because a band gets popular doesn't mean they sold out, if anything, a band that plays good music deserves to get popular and will get popular whether they want to or not, otherwise there would be no point of them playing. they still sound exactly the same to me as they did during the Reset EP. and they're songs still have alot of meanng. so stop your bitching. |

this song has 2 straight off meanings, 1) It's about the loss of a loved one and the pain and hardship of getting over it, basically this is what set your goals themselves wrote the song for, the video for the song confirms it. 2) It could also be about just hard shit in life, like losing friendships or moving and shit like that. I mean most of the song fits for anything that has to deal with hardship. this band has an amazing talent and all you people that say they're sellouts can seriously go hang yourselves. |
