this song has a different meaning for me. I can totally relate with the line, "And my stomach is sick And it's all in my head" It reminds me of when i found out my very recent ex was with someone else. I couldnt stop imagining it happening. girl says, "it was only a kiss" the heartbroken guy says, "It was only a kiss?" A kiss means alot to some people. |

| I think this song is more metaphoric. It's definitely about a break up. The guy sees how fast his ex is moving on and getting over the relationship. He's not asking for her back, but he's saying he'd feel better to know that she is hurting in the least bit, to let him know he actually meant something to her. | |
