I think electricfuzz9 is somewhat right. it is defiantly about wanting to commit suicide yet "Stranded with this bitch called hope" keeps him alive. (In the song he doesnt commit suicide.) What keeps him alive is hope and his spirtiual side. It's a euphoric feeling druggies get when they are out of reality. I think it's a sad song.
