To me, this song means commitment and love. What he sings about in the beginning makes me think of him trying to calm down, because later I think he tries to say it's okay to let out your emotions. When he begins to talk about losing keys I think he is absolutely talking about losing something which will make you sad. As for the bit about the world, I feel like he's saying when your upset, the way we naturally calm down is by crying. And he continues to talk about down goes the rains (tears) and spirts. |
