rockerpoet u need to see/hear some good musicals!!! i suggest into the woods, sweeney todd, avenue q (if you're older than like 13), jersey boys, thoroughly modern millie, and wicked NONE of which are cheesy! btw - i love rent and pretty much know every song by heart. i like this one because it's not too popular and has beautiful, poetic lyrics. rosario dawson definitely brings a softer and more feeling tone to Mimi's character. i love it! the song seems to basically be saying that after knowing someone so intimately for a while, life and all it encompasses loses its value/meaning without the person you once shared it with. |
