Nice comment ricbass78- there is that beautiful 'sarcasm' to the cheerful tone of the piece (especially in comparison to their other songs). I also think the chorus sounds similar to Kim Wylde's "Kids in America" hit from the 80s, again with a sarcastic twist on it. Love it, great band and a great song. |

I certainly enjoy this song- and would like to hear more views on it. It seems to be about a time Queensryche performed in Paris, where obviously more than a few things wrong and Geoff is singing the story. I don't know if none or all of it is truth, but I'd like to know if anyone has any ideas. |

A completely amazing song- just like all their other works, but slightly moreso than others. The lyrics are just great- the music, spectacular. "Now remove the masque" -->"remove" is sung at an E5. In fucking head voice! It is godly. |
