This song is talking about his dying girlfriend, as you can tell she is in the hospital and he talks the whole time about how she is weak cant do shit and they need to help her do everything. Sick part was when he says "Sloppy with a fork, so Chris gotta feed her To numb to cum, sometimes she piss while I eat her." Thats what makes me love Cage, crazy ass style and fucked up storys. |
