This song makes me cry, and no, my boyfriend doesn't live 1000 miles away. (Who in the right mind would even consider DATING someone that LIVED that far away)... I think this story is more about him being on tour all the time and the girl finishing up school in nyc. I totally relate to this because my boyfriend is constantly touring and we live together, so times are rough and money's rough while he's gone and he has always said one day he'll pay the bills with his guitar. I guess this is a love song, but it makes me sad and depressed more than anything. |
