Can anyone actually confirm that the last line in the chorus is "Pleased to meet you"? I've always known it as "(At) least I need you". I've listened to it over and over again and to me it sounds more like this. If you listen to it really carefully, you'll notice the sound between meet and you sounds more like "dya" instead of "tya" or "tcha". I am convinced it's "least I need you." It also makes more sense. And, I know, this song wasn't written to make sense, it was a jab at grunge music, but I want to know if anyone has actual confirmation of the lyrics. And don't send me a picture of the lyrics from an album insert or anything--you know the band doesn't actually write those, right? :) Any help is appreciated, it's been driving me nuts for years! |

| This song is NOT about a dog. It is a cover of the song "Brandy" written by Scott English. He made up the story about the dog when he was sick of questions about the song. He has never publicly stated what the song is explicitly about. | |
