| erm, sentimentalfool. I didnt think they were funny, I think they're pretty awesome actually, i appreciate that I'm biased as i love anything skiba writes or sings but seriously. where are your lyrics to read? "up in the cemetary" gets me everytime:) and i think the 1st comments were spot on with the theme of the song. | |

This song is pretty vague but i think that was the point tbh Vica, i never really questioned it untill now. I've got a couple of thoughts on this verse... This guy in the song is a serial killer, killing both Amy and Julie, the cops have got him as a suspect and he will visit the bodies as soon as he tells him his story to clear his name "i can remeber when i saw her last, we were running around and havign a blast" I can't remeber who for sure but there was a famous American Killer who kept all the bodies of his victims and dressed them etc. you could also take the "fill them all in" line as graves, as in he's burying people. I guess you take it however you want, i'd love to hear what other people think the lyrics mean in some depth rather than talking about 'newfits' and bitching about graves, he is awesome. People dont slander Jesus for not being as good as God (who he apparently was...) lets not do the same with these two. (in this metaphor Danzig is God, Graves is Jesus) |

it might just be me that thinks this... but i thought it was his thoughts after someone had broken up with him he still seems optimistic that they'll get back together some day the age bit seems to be a typical excuse for break ups and he doesnt think this is a valid reason for breaking up with someobe. This would explain the "i'll go back if you ask" bit the second she desides she wants him back he'll come running backwards to where they used to be... this world aint just made of facts goes over my head a bit but i think its my fav line in the song any ideas guys? |

| im pretty new to trying to work out the deep meanings of skiba stuff, but ever since i got goddamnit Redux, ive been really thinking. i was thinking about all the colours mentiond in this song.. like someone green... green with envy is what i was thinking. The blue refers to a dead body thats been found in the ocean. and the red is skiba's usual "i'm seeing red" reference i think. the black/brown bit... i thought it meant the colour of their coffins... this is all just guess work btw so don't go quoting me on it. any ideas guys:) | |
