I can't believe I'm really going to be the first one to write about this. Maybe it's just that this song is REALLY underrated. Am i crazy or is this song really soothing in a way? Specifically from the transition in the middle of the song to the end, it's really gorgeous (much like the entire album). who else thinks so? |

i agree with everyone who said that this song was powerful and with those that recommended the video of the live version. This song is so amazing because i think people can relate to it, regardless of your background or experiences. He perfected the sound design of a feeling that no one else could have done. such an amazing song even if its subject is grim. |

sorry to burst anyone's bubble but i highly doubt that trent would continue with the same story 5 years later. i had also heard that it was a continuation to tds, but that wouldn't make sense.
i think the song is just a build up of an immense amount of hate and anger, of how someone let him down when he needed them. |

i think of a person whos transformed into a dark, soulless person. A person who may have once been a happy, charming person, and has mutated into someone he/she wasn't before. This just reminded me of pure evil in its true form.
