I really like this song. Like a lot. I don't think it has to only be about ex's though it probably is but... I think the guy is talking about a something in the past that was good but suddenly something bad happened and he doesnt want to remember the bad thing, he only wants to remember the good times and someone's trying to talk to him about the bad times....I'm probably wrong, but whatever. |

I think the meaning is really in the song, if you just pay attention to the words. Basically he's dissapointed in himself that he was never enough for the girl. And when he says he can't go and let her lose it all I think he means that he can't continue with her cause he thinks that she'll lose it all in the end. Kennedy's voice haunts me, for some reason. In a good way. =] Oh, btw. I also love how the story starts with it turning to fall and ends in winter. This song is just pure perfection. I love it. =] |
