why does everyone compare them to fob and cartel? they are way different, and better than both those bands. cartel has gotten all poppy, though they were good before being in the bubble. all time low is not nearly as pop-ish as them, and has way deeper lyrics. fob was initially good, but they've spiraled down. they definitely have more cynical lyrics than atl. about the song: alex had an affair with a married woman (rumored to be a teacher, "should i write myself out of the history books"), and wrote a song about it. people say they met at a coffeeshop, hence coffeeshop soundtrack. also, a lot of people believe that six feet is the sort of sequel to this. and to keyboards 4ever grl: i'm pretty sure none of them are gay. rian has a girlfriend, alex is infamous for one night stands, and there is plenty of evidence that jack and zach aren't. though alex an jack have kissed, that was just a joke. i'm not trying to be bitchy or anything if it sounded like that, just my way of explaining. |

i love this, the acoustic version is amazing, and so is the original. and just cause someone says that they know jasey, doesn't mean that they're telling the truth. i'm not trying to be a bitch and say taybeav or whatever is lying, but they could be anyone. back to the song.... it seems pretty obvious to me that alex was with a girl (one night or maybe more) and screwed up in some way. thats how i see it, and most people seem to think the same thing. |
