wow, im surprised im the first to post a comment about this song, I'M ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH IT!! the whole metaphor of the song is about the sun "ultraviolet" refer to uv rays... simply it's about how she is so in love with someone and enjoying it, doesnt give a damn if it is damaging her cause she is IN LOVE: "i can feel it [the sun] burn but i like it" ... and "I don't care if it hurts my eyes..I stare until I'm going blind" prove my point...
