Alright so basically, This song is about a girl who REALLY fell for a guy, and even though she knew her feelings were much deeper for him than as for what he shared for her, or perhaps he just with her 'cause he had nothing better to do (We only made out, you never kissed me) So she had a feeling the entire time that he felt this way....maybe she was a rebound?
