The lyric, "We'll still dance tonight, God it feels so right" is total sarcasm. The guy is trying to bring back a dead relationship. When "they" danced it used to feel right. It's obvious the couple had a good relationship in the past, but it's gone and he wants it back. No matter what he tries, nothing works. I absolutely love it when singers sound like they care about what they are singing. Tickle me Pink is AMAZING. You can hear the sarcasm and helplessness in his voice when he sings this song. It's great! |

In this song, the guy is singing about a girl that he's totally crazy about. He has done everything he can to try and save their relationship, but she just keeps falling away from him. It's actually a really depressing song He's trying so hard to make things work out with this girl that he's constantly cutting himself down. He probably wants to leave her because of the hurtful things she does, but he just can't because in the end he realizes that he really loves her, and couldn't imagine his life without her in it. (poor guy). One more thing. I don't think he ever got over her. (it's gonna take a heck of a lot more than 97 missed calls). . . . good song :PP |
