Lets take a field trip To a new ? Maybe a castle If the king is around should be: Let's take a field trip To anywhere special Maybe Newcastle If the king is around |

| Death Cab for Cutie – The Ice Is Getting Thinner Lyrics | 17 years ago |
|
This is saying goodbye.. or at least how I'm trying to say goodbye. We did bury everything, because we never talked about it. The snow and ice literally crunched under our feet that day in March. And now, I'm afraid, it's too late. This song explains what I feel right now. It's sad... but there is nothing that can be done. |

| Crystal Castles – Untrust Us Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| Such a pretty song... reminds me of the dissonance of two people who are separated. | |
| Radiohead – Last Flowers Lyrics | 18 years ago |
|
I think he kind of talks about how he trusts someone enough to talk about the situation, and he's telling them to shut up, and pleading someone to come back, because they can get relief if they come back. The other person isn't listening, but he's telling them to listen, so that they can get relief from whatever is happening to them. They are co-dependant, it seems. |

| These New Puritans – Numbers Lyrics | 18 years ago |
|
I think they're talking about how symbology can be as simple as a number. "What's your favourite number, what does it mean?" Something as simple as that can mean so much to certain people, symbols mean a lot to the beholder, even if it doesn't mean much to someone else. "Every number has a meaning" (Everything has a meaning) |

| Radiohead – Last Flowers Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| I think it's about a relationship, where he's left, and he's just asking to explain everything again... "I just wanna talk, please don't interrupt..." and how if she takes him back, he'll have so much relief, because the real world is too bright... without her. | |
| Weezer – In The Garage Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| I just love this song. Man, I love this entire album. Teenage angst, at it's best. | |
