I believe your opinions to be false, this songs lyrics is simply put about a boy who was once constricted or is in the process of breaking away from said constricition. Your all totally way off, this song is clearly about a girl who leaves her rural home in Mississippi for the bright lights and fast times of Hollywood, and makes it as a huge star in very little time with even less effort. Sully from this song knows now defintely that pigdestroyer are sell outs who frequent bars called "the veiny jackhammer". Sully would never write a song like this instead he would think of a song in the shower while banging a chick, that song 4 hours later would go platinum. YOUVE BEEN SMACKED!!!!

I feel you are all misled, this song definetly is a reference to the ancient city that Alexander the Great established while he was creating his vast empire, which instead of being ruled by the law was governed by the blade. Sully scoffs at such an idea to write a song about a city that quickly fell to intruders. Sully has recently purchased the state of wyoming, in which he will invite pig destroyer to play an acoustic version of this song, and once they are there will pee all over them and their equipment. when asked why he would do such a thing, he will remind him that his new state of Wyoming, "Stands Alone". YOUVE BEEN SMACKED!!!!!

I think your wrong, i believe this songs lyrics to be as clear as day, its a song about prison, and knowing the proper difference between similies and mataphors. Sully graduated college when he was nine so he doesnt need a grammar lesson, this song wouldnt even qualify to be played at Sully's high schools battle of the bands. YOUVE BEEN SMACKED!!!!!

I believe your all wrong i know this song is about being in the in crowd, and a girl who overcomes adversity to make the varsity cheering squad. This song is awful and a SELLOUT, Sully would write the soundtrack to Scorpion King 2 and than put on cheering ooutfit and pee all over Pig Destroyer.
