i love this song. it's my favorite and will continue to be... anyway, I think he is telling the listener how he has trusted so many people, and even though he was let down, by someone, he kept trusting people many times in hopes of the same thing not happening again. Then after so many times, he realized that there was nobody he could actually trust, and he only had himself. To just give up, because the same thing is only gonna repeat itself. |
