I personally interpret this song as being about a police officer who has an accident and wakes up in 1973. He isn't sure whether he's mad, in a coma (she walks through her sunken dream), or back in time (look at those cavemen go). His modern policing methods cause him to be at odds with the other police officers (the lawman beating up the wrong guy). I wonder if this would work as a TV series? |
