| definitely about ecstacy. not only did i read it in some interview but it totally makes sense "love is only in your mind and not your heart" and "its working in your blood". the intimacy you feel when you're on it is due to the drug making you think that ("only in your mind") and not your heart which the blood containing the drugs, is flowing through. i dont know. it makes sense in my head haha | |

The whole "worry about what you're doing while stressing out about what you've done" is when i was so stressed out or my mind was just so preoccupied with what had happened, that i wasnt paying attention to what i was doing or what i was supposed to be doing. and "embarrassment it reads your face and things you love leave a bad taste when waking up at three" It pretty much just nails it. Waking up thinking "what the heck did i do last night" then somewhat remembering, youre definitely embarrassed for a while "and things you love leave a bad taste when waking up at three" I used to love drinking and getting drunk (still love drinking, not getting drunk) and you wake up with a horrible taste sometimes for different reasons, be it throwing up or the drink itself or youre dehydrated..and well, waking up at three is not uncommon after a long night. |

very good song. very confusing song as well. God know's what they're taking about. I get the idea that they're some creature. I think of mer-people for some reason. but that's just my imagination at the works. Whatever they may be they're looking at the men on the ship. "legs of wood waves, waves of wooden legs" im thinking they have wooden legs (obv.) and when they sink or whatever..the legs are all over the waves. hence: waves of wooden legs. I also get the impression that theyre just toys and he's just imagining a scenario. "and were all to small to talk to god" "God" being him (ryan) and them being whatever he's playing with. im thinking back to my childhood.. so that's just me. good album, if i do say so myself. |

I agree with you all. When you're in love, everything seems so beautiful, like it has meaning. As if twhen you're in love , it makes the world go round. Or, better said, they make YOUR world go round. But when its gone, the world isn't going to stop for you. It just keeps going. whether its about her father or not, its a very sad song, though still very good. as for girl, interrupted.. Great movie as well. |

This is one of my favorites by Panic, but that's beside the point. It explains the skeevy motels and just how bad they are. The cheating lawyer is sleeping with this so called "virgin" who in fact is no virgin at all. I agree, whether she is a prostitute, i cannot say. But it's either that or she sleeps with him to get the job at the firm ("come monday") As for the wife, she's lied to by him and he leaves for " 'strictly business' " If the wife knows or not, im not sure. Romance and all that nonsense is to be put aside because she needs his money. "there are no raindrops on roses..." Thats taken from the sound of music. "these are a few of my favorite things" and theyre saying that its not. On the contrary its all of your LEAST favorite things. So blah blah the lawyer and the "virgin" do they're business and afterwards, shes fixing her face. She then runs into a constable ("..terrible crash between her and the badge..") I can't say whether she was caught for prostitution, drugs, or both. She spilled her purse and her bag. One of them would contain the drugs. The purse of a different kind would be the pursing of the lips. I guess to sleep with him in return for not turning her in. (for either the prostitution or the drugs) |
