I think this song is about a relationship in which he and the woman were drug users together. He wanted to get clean, but she was holding him back and had to leave her. The words flashing across the screen in the video also hint at cultism. |

I could be reading too much into it, but I believe this song is about a guy who discovers he has AIDS/HIV and has to contact all the women he's slept with. The love interest of the song is with his current lover, to which he presents the choice of either staying with him despite infecting her, or leaving him. |
