'one too many drinks tonight, and i miss you, like you were mine' PERFECT. she wants this guy, loves to be around him. but they're not together, though she clearly wants to be. she realizes that she misses not being with him, like they were together. 'he's taken, and leaving, but i keep believing. he's gonna come round soon.' uh oh. he has a girlfriend! but she still thinks that he likes her, or will, and will 'come round soon' and go out with HER. AHHHH! this is my favorite song off the album. along with bottle it up. and for reaaaaallsss it rings true to me. i feel the same way, dude. |
