The meaning's pretty self-explanatory, really. I think it's so powerful because, although it has its own basic meaning, it brings back strong individual feelings for each individual person. My best friend plans on moving to Australia one day, and even though it's not for a few years yet, it still really makes me think of her. Those moments spent laid on a bed or outside, staring at the ceiling or sky in complete silence but enjoying every moment simply because we're in each other's company. Or sat on a bench watching the sun set behind the fields - all the simple things. I don't know. If she ever came back in the spring or summer months, I'd play this on our last day together. |
