| If I had to guess at it...it seems to be about drugs. That's the impression I get from the lyrics. The fever, burning, etc. is the effects of the drugs in his system. I could be way off, but that's what it seems to be saying to me. I have no clue, but it seems to be an experience gone horribly wrong. | |

| I have to agree with Ampulex. It's about nature finally having had enough of our manipulations and striking back through some form of cataclysm. The lines "The cleansing flames of entropy To devour us all" really convince me the end of humanity will be some natural cause. Entropy being a measure of randomness, which is what nature is. It's chaotic and random, and our attempts at structuring and organizing it have led to it striking back fatally. | |

I think the song (on the surface at least) is about a political revolution and the rise of an opposing party that exists solely to fulfill its own goals. This brings about dissension and sparks the beginning of a new leadership of sorts. I think it's just describing a possible end to all things we know and that are good through the rule of the privileged and selfish few. Either way, amazing song. |

Amazing song, amazing riff. Vasa's theory seems to fit perfectly within the lyrics. On a side note, I believe after the second "Go now", the line "the dying has begun" is said. |
