this song is about two people who were in a relationship, but they have an argument. she breaks up with him, but he clearly is still inlove with her, and regrets all the thinks he said.he wants to take back all his words and wants her to forgive him. this song is amazing. |

| I think this song is about this girl who just lies to him about his talent to make him happy. She herself is too busy with her own life, and just agrees with everything he says, instead of listening to him and thinking about the consequences. Therefore he goes down the wrong path of life cause thinking he would be appreciated. However, he now realises that she lied to him to make him happy. He has now lost all respect for her, however still loves her. At the end he says 'put down your world' meaning that he just wants her to properly care about him and for her to enjoy every moment of life instead of rushing ahead. He wants the love that they shared before, but he wants to be 'free' from all the lies she had said before as he doesn't need to be protected from the harsh realities of the world. | |
