Slipknot – Before I Forget Lyrics 17 years ago
I think this song talks about how we should all be humble and remember our own roots. That maybe thee could be people who are more "succesful" in life than others, who have more money, who are better looking, etc. But in the end we're all humans, we were all "creatures before we could stand" and that we should all remember that everytime our ego start rising.

Limp Bizkit – Eat You Alive Lyrics 17 years ago
This song has a great message, talks about how someone gets attracted to a girl in an instinctive way. at the same time, it talks about someone getting the courage to talk with a girl for the first time eventhough she doesn't want anything to do with him.

Some may say its crap, but its agressive style and lyrics makes it definitely one of the best songs to get the courage to talk to a girl. Trust me.

Limp Bizkit – No Sex (feat. Aaron Lewis) Lyrics 17 years ago
It talks mainly a about a relationship based just on sex and how he wants to go beyond that and start actually a serious relationship.

Limp Bizkit – Creamer (Radio Is Dead) Lyrics 17 years ago
The idea is good, but I gotta admit the lyrics could be better. I think the lyrics talk about someone talking with a little kid that reminds him of his younger days and he's trying to teach him about life and how to become a better person.

Limp Bizkit – The Truth Lyrics 17 years ago
The people that hate Limp Bizkit hates them because they don't even know about the greatest songs they did, they just think about "rolling" or "my generation" which were hits created to appeal the mainstream, therefore the lyrics were kinda poor. But Limp Bizkit is way more than that, "build a bridge", "lean on me", "counterfeit", "underneath the gun", "the surrender", "let me down", just to name a few, listen to those lyrics and tell me LB sucks, but listen to them with a critic ear, not with the idea that its going to suck.

Who cares if they were used to be labeled as "cool"? Who cares if their fan base were 14 year old kids?
Who cares is some of their lyrics used to have no sense? I don't, I'm a loyal fan, I know they're far from being the best (musically speaking) but they've inspired me through the years and they keep inspiring me even nowadays. And nowadays I'm no longer that 14 year old boy, in fact I listen to bands that noone can argue they're not terrific (metallica, sonata arctica, blind guardian, stratovarius) and yet, I still love Limp Bizkit. Why? I don't know, I may be a "dumb limp bizkit fan". So be it.

If they're able to inspire one person, just one person, then that means all their work wass worth it. That's the goal of an artist after all, right? Because if thats not an artist then what is it? A man prodigy who's able to create the greatest rythms, tunes and lyrics a common man could never create? OK, that could be an artist. But what about someone who's able to create a really deep connection between his creation and a person, even if its just one single person.

So go ahead, say how much Limp Bizkit sucks and how Fred Durst is shit, you dont have to like it, but just don't find too weird the idea of someone still liking Limp Bizkit. Because what's really the difference between the best song from The Beatles and the worst song from Ashlee Simpson if they can both have the power to create the same deep feeling on different persons? We're not the ones to decide which music is good or bad, but to decide what's good for us.

Just think about it.

Limp Bizkit – Almost Over Lyrics 17 years ago
I think this song talks about the way he behaves and how it can sometimes be compared with the way he used to act when he was a little kid and how he hasnt changed in some aspects but also with the way a more mature person tends to be. It's a way to show us how we may still have a chilidish behavior sometimes but we're still maturing.

Limp Bizkit – Build a Bridge (feat. Brian "Head" Welch) Lyrics 17 years ago
The ultimate love song ever!! It's about when you're in love with someone but that person doesnt feel the same way, but youre not gonna give up until you get her love, "you'll keep building till you die". Its explained with phrases like: "build a bridge to your mind" which is a metaphor saying that you wanna get to know her better and you expect her to do the same: "only if you take a ride, go with me to the other side" which means youre hoping she wants to "go to your mind" too.

Limp Bizkit – Lean On Me Lyrics 17 years ago
why are there no comments for this one? It's one of the best limp bizkit songs, for me it talks about how sometimes when a friend has problems and you are not able to help them, you can always be there supporting them and lending them a shoulder to cry in, letting them lean on you.
