In my opinion i think its about a guy telling the person he likes, that he is the way he is, whether he is an emotional mess, or a drug addiict, or whatever he is struggling with. "I'm a sentimental, partly-mental, I'm a bad friend Ooh, I've got a little problem with my own head But it feels right, it feels like I'm a belly full of dirt I'm the milk that turned to curds and it feels right" That he feels okay the way he is and is telling her to not get discouraged. also he reassures her that he does care about her "Oh, my darling, hold your head up Don't you listen? You're my baby girl Oh, my darling, hold your head up Don't you listen? You're my baby girl" well this is my view on the song, maybe it could mean something totally different. |

what this song means to me ??? This song can mean so many things, maybe from someone being in love and abusing drugs. or the love for the drug because "its the buzz" she could be saying how she needs it or misses it. as well being in love but knowing that its wrong at the same time because of doing drugs with that someone you love. as well as having random sex with a bunch of people and getting a buzz from having sex like a sex addict and than knowing that , that buzz is bad at the same time because she knows that its completely wrong idk this song is beautiful, i love it the end. |

This song is beautiful, the lyrics are simple but say a lot. i think that its about a couple who broke up and rekindle there love again since the lyrics say" what a surprise to be with you"and see you around the same way i always do see you around which i think means that they had seen each other around but never got the chance to rekindle there love. i love the song anyways cant stop listening to it |
