One of my favorite songs by Sublime..also one of Bradley's most emotional pieces. Talking about how he has found an addiction to heroin and he knows its bad, but he cant stop it, it makes him feel better and he tries to stop but he just cant he wants it so bad. He knows its impossible for him to quit so he pretty much knew he was gonna die from it when he says "one day I'm gonna loose the war" R.I.P. Bradley James Nowell, and Lou Dog both are missed terribly! |

The Message is clear... He obviously is in love with someone and he really likes them a lot, but is concerned that the mother of this person does not care much for him. He is afraid that she wont let him date her daughter anymore, or more importantly..he is just upset that the mother wont act normal around him. He thinks that every word he says is a lie when he starts up a conversation with her and it makes him feel like he looks like even more of an ass. He feels like its a disaster. |
